At FitClub, we strive to provide our customers with exceptional service and high-quality products. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances necessitate returns. This policy outlines the guidelines for returning products purchased on ghtig.com.

Eligibility for Return:

  • You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
  • Any used, damaged, or altered items cannot be returned.
  • Custom-made products or products specifically procured for a customer are not eligible for return unless there is a documented defect or error on our part.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Before returning any items, please contact our customer service team by email at clarkebarclay@gmail.com to initiate the return process and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Pack Your Return: Carefully pack the item(s) you are returning in its original packaging, including any manuals or accessories that came with the product.
  3. Return Shipment: Ship the package to the address we provide with your RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box. We recommend using a trackable shipping service with proof of delivery.
  4. Return Processing: Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 10 business days. You will receive a notification email confirming the refund.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • You will be responsible for the cost of returning the items unless the return is due to a documented defect or error on our part.
  • In cases where the return is due to our mistake, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.

Refunds:

Exchanges:

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, you can return the original item following the return process outlined above and then place a new order for the desired item.
